Ample opportunity for developing technical skill, various types of projects, best place for any fresher engineers who wants to fly high. Friendly management with down to earth support to all. I learned a lot and myself and all other senior colleagues are now doing well in reputed concerns. Credit goes to Techno System only. It has seperate training cell which give freedom to all employees to enrich our knowledge. Salary good, accomodation provided by company, Twice in a year recreation tours for employees relaxation and motivation. Company spends on all engineers by sending to other MNC to get trained. Company provides special arrangement and leaves to get higher studies. Myself joined here as diploma holder but completed B. Tech with support of this organization.
