Good company culture, work environment, and great people. May get the experience of working with local and/or international clients directly as it is a service-oriented and also product-oriented company.

Cons

The technology stack used in most teams is not updated. Teams are working on outdated technologies and relying upon old methods. In short not getting out of comfort zone. The learning curve is not great. Compensations are not market competitive.
