Techcyte Reviews

Techcyte executives are pressuring employees to write positive reviews on platforms such as Glassdoor and others to help improve their failing image. This action constitutes violations of federal law and FTC regulations, specifically under 16 CFR Part 255 (Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising). The Federal Trade Commission explicitly prohibits the use of misleading endorsements, including coerced employee reviews, as such practices deceive the public and constitute false or deceptive advertising. Additionally, these activities violate the Terms of Use and Review Policies of Glassdoor and similar employment review platforms, which prohibit employers from soliciting, incentivizing, or coercing reviews in any form. We will be sending this information (both written and audio) to the Federal Trade Commission’s Division of Advertising Practices and to relevant state consumer protection authorities.

I feel like Techcyte is going downhill and management is not being honest with employees. We can see and hear what's going on in the industry. We are failing to deliver. The CEO goes around making all kinds of promises but we never complete anything before he moves on to the next promise.
