Nothing is positive. You will not get salary, no exit documents, not receiving calls to credit the salary, No one will care for your feelings here. After your work is done, you will kept on PIP/bench and you got terminate by fabricating low performance reason. Most important is you wil get mentally harassed to leave the company without salary. So If you are intelligent, never plan to join such organisations. Instead joining, unemployment is much better.
