      Pros

      Nothing to mention. After working for couple of days they sent message to phone to not come back. they terminated for performance issue which they got to know in two days

      Cons

      This is a fraud company. They do phone interview and hire people and after joining by saying no to other company's then they ruin your career by saying not to come as you are terminated for no reason. They decide performance of a employee within a week of time. Be careful and avoid such company's to safeguard your future employments.

      1. I never feel i am working in an office, the environment and work culture is very friendly. 2. Always surrounded by passionate people having hunger to learn and explore. 3. Motivates new talent and gives opportunity to learn and learn and learn......Grass root exposure. 4. Senior management is totally supportive and helps in all aspects.

      1. Don't give extra importance to non performers just to be good to all. 2. Can't think of more as of now.
