      Pros

      Nothing. Extremely perverted and degrading mindset of management.

      Cons

      Worst work environment. Employees are toxic, will make the most disgusting accusations, HR is equally useless, is very conspiracy minded, constant cctv monitoring, will make cheap remarks, management favors north indians because they have low self esteem , so they don't like to see native people be happy.
