      Pros

      - Month end celebrations are only good thing.

      Cons

      - Worst Projects. - Worst Management. - CEO is judging employee's performance based on working hours and not on quality of work. - Some seniors are so political. - Small company with big politics. - Month end rewards are also based on more working hours and not on dedication towards work.

      Pros

      - Then environment is very friendly and the seniors will help every time when needed. For fresher, they can improve his/her knowledge and learn more from seniors. - Every month all the staff are going for lunch.

      Cons

      - Only 2nd and 4th Saturday off in the month.
