Pros
They teach you well for they only (well mostly) hire newbies.
Cons
- Lack of proper HR. (Just puppets of founders) - They show perks and benefits but only give a few. - Their founders have a problem even if you complete your time of 8 hrs. - They want you to pause your timer even if you go for prayer. - So micromanaged they have installed CCTV cameras to check on devs even from home.
