Pros

Some of the people are good but stuck here unfortunately.

Cons

If you are reading this, never go here. All the reviews you see here & on Google are fake, done by employees because the CEO Ankit Bansal forced them to. They will say one thing before you join but treat you very bad if you don't follow whatever the CEO says. This includes 10-minute breaks as well! Other cons include- Late salary, shady practices (not submitting pf but cutting it), favoritism, dirty workspace, etc.

Pros

POSH training is badly needed — if implemented, it would be a real ‘pro’. Keeping the HR department out of operational and technical work would drastically improve the workplace — something to consider as a future benefit.

Cons

The company is essentially run by the HR department, HR has more decision-making power than necessary. If you ever disagree or argue with HR, you are unofficially marked—and chances are high you’ll be shown the door within the next 15–20 days. New rules and policies are created frequently, not for employee benefit but only for management’s convenience. Basic facilities are poorly managed—frequent electricity issues, water supply problems, lack of cleanliness in washrooms, and inadequate parking space. HR behaves more like a controlling body than a support function. Instead of resolving employee issues, they often ignore or escalate them unnecessarily. There’s a general lack of transparency, fairness, and respect in internal processes. There's a serious need for POSH training. Sensitization and awareness are lacking, which creates an uncomfortable work environment for some employees.
