      Really great people, strong culture, the CEO actually demonstrates the company's values and is a straight shooter. They take care of their employees and clients and do great work so you feel good about working there. Also you can be yourself and speak your mind. It's down to earth.

      It's most of the usual stuff you come to expect working in marketing.
