Pros
No micromanaging, flexible schedules, remote working, allowed to work in other locations (upon approval), annual reviews, stock options, bonuses (most years), growing fast, and nice employees.
Cons
understaffed and overworked, fast-paced environment with changes to policies and processes constantly, limited structure, poor intercompany communications. Owners are changing staff's job roles to make up for all the layoffs they had this year.
