Pros
The owner is a good leader and an overall kind and generous person that is highly involved in daily operations. It is a family atmosphere that is immediately felt once you become part of their team. They reward and acknowledge good work from their employees. Most projects have the satisfaction that you are helping everyone succeed. Awesome development team, a great group of highly skilled individuals.
Cons
The only con I can think of, and is it a small one, is that I was asked at times to change projects without given time to complete all of the work that had gone into the previous one. This is a nimble company however that must change projects to align with customer demand. The only reason I left was for following a career goal in another industry.
