Their turnover is so high. No one lasts more than a few weeks. Everything is unorganized. They offer you a position, let you leave your job and then easily let you go when they don't need you.
When I first came to Champaign I became an contractual working for Tap In. And once my contract was over I felt like an major piece of my life was missing. I began working at several other companies in town, but I didn't feel like those jobs was where I was suppose to truly be, and there was an major void missing that needed to be filled but I stuck with them.
At the beginning of this year I was offered an full time position which I gladly accepted, solely from the simple fact that I would have an opportunity to be apart of an program that was designed to serve our community and most importantly our youth(which is something I could've greatly benefited from in my own youth)
