      Great first job, You will not be able to wfh, not great priorities in place by senior management

      Pros

      Fun team to work in, very chatty and jokey Lots to learn, very interesting - Will learn about payroll, tax, super etc Get to talk with professionals across many different businesses everyday and help them out. Great first job, chill, and you can work as hard as you want to Great base pay

      Cons

      No work-life balance opportunities - they will not allow you to wfh unless you have an appointment, etc, no option to do this regularly, which is a massive negative for some of us No social activities in this role You are expected to work and answer chats from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with limited flexibility in this schedule. So many bugs in the technology, and management is almost entirely focused on releasing new features, so it is hard to provide support with so many issues impacting customers Not really any growth opportunities It could be a con or a pro, but a heavy drinking presence, especially in the sales team

      - Great culture and support - Great teaching and growth opportunities - Work trips and constant social events - Managers are skilled, excellent and very helpful

      Cons

      - In the office every day (not a con to me but to some it is) - The kitchen can get busy at lunch
