      One of the earliest pioneer in mobile big data in China, early mover advantage; visionary CEO

      strategy changes a bit frequent and as a result it's inconsistent across years, partly due to the intensified competition in this space and tightened regulatory environment. Company has been exploring for the best monetization approach and unfortunately the financial pressure forced it to cut cost, and many good people who were brought in during its fast expansion period had to leave..

      Pros

      Team members are nice and techniques are really sharp. As an employee, I can manage a project individually and talk to our client immediately , and rapidly learn how to benefit from collaboration.

      Cons

      However, the performance rating system is not very complete and I can hardly promoted during a year. It is necessary to build up a grander platform to make everyone work with high enthusiasm and growing potentials.
