      Pros

      They hired on the random basis including your work experience and technical skill so freshers can also start their career with this company

      Cons

      They hire and fire very easily within a week only without paying any salary and judge your performance on the basis of work in just few days. They will not provide enough time to become comfortable.

      Only Offshore role they provide

      Senior management treats employee as slaves. Mini micro management. No professionalism. If u plan to leave job early they will not pay you the money for the days worked, they will pay u for the submission made only. Serious employee mental harrassment. Nothing is positive in the company except wfh.
