Pros
- Super talented and open-minded colleagues - Small team (the whole company has less than 50ppl) with super-quick decision-making process across the company - The company (somehow) keeps on getting super interesting projects throughout the year - Global-ish team
Cons
- Can be super busy at times - Modest salary - Although the company boasts progressiveness/innovativeness (and its probably true compared with most JP companies), it still has loads of issues with its corporate culture / ethicacy
