pay is average POOR organization; always ask employees to work on projects last minute bad management; does not utilize human resources accordingly management has little to no support, while expecting the work to be done perfectly lack communication; does not give clear instrctions

Pros
No but a lot of nice kids and coworkers to stay with. I actually had really fun summer time with my students.
Cons
You will get zero support from your upper management. Messy schedule also lazy boss. You won’t see him until people who are talking about the tuition part.
