      - Friendly team environment and supportive colleagues. - Management has become more transparent and open to feedback. - Positive changes are being introduced, and there's a sense that the company is moving in the right direction. - Opportunities to get involved in different areas of the business if you take initiative.

      - Some legacy issues and inefficiencies still need addressing. - Communication between departments could be improved. - Workload can be inconsistent depending on the team or project.

      Pros

      Some good work colleagues who have the same mindset. It’s a ok place to work if your goal is to do the job and get paid. The company has real potential to be better within the industry.

      Cons

      * Backward in technology used * Don’t have a ‘can do’ attitude and things take far too long to complete. * Now a toxic environment at one of the offices which is not great for staff morale. * If you want to advance your career TMA is not the place to be.
