Pros
It “Looks” like a promising startup. So it seems okay for a short time. If somebody like to be a nuts of small wage with very hierarchical group culture, this is your company.
Cons
Not only do they give low salaries to employees, but they also force the passion for work. They are very good at showing ‘Innovation and challenges’ but commit outdated behavior. The company totally is an old-fashioned, patriotic, hierarchical culture and could not find any democratic atmosphere.
