      Salary, working conditions, work from home. Flexible

      Cons

      Poor Senior Management. No retention of key team members. Don't care about them really.

      The work colleagues and customers are great to deal with.

      Cons

      They love performance managing people. 5 people in my direct team alone, have been managed out of the company. It’s not what you know, it’s who you know. High turnover. Minimal training and thrown in deep-end. People just tapped on shoulder for promotion without applying - if you’re a ‘favourite’. Whilst others have to apply and be rejected numerous times. Bad performance for the ‘favourites’ are you brushed aside.
