TAL interview questions

Application submission to getting a call - 8 weeks Although the interviewers appeared to be disinterested and looking suspicious, maintaining a polite and psudo formal tone, it is evident that the company culture may be the underlying issue. The initial ten minutes of the interview left me feeling unengaged, prompting me to reconsider my approach and cut the interview short before the 40 min mark. Quite disappointing.

Ghosted! First interview done in person in office, general questions about experience relating to the role. Had I managed finances, could i manage resources. Some personality based as well Fairly basic questions. Was told I'd hear later in the week - never heard anything again from the TA. Tried calling and emailing. Not even an email to say the role had been filled when closed
