Pros

Not even a single thing

Cons

Toxic Work Environment The leadership has fostered a manipulative and exploitative culture. While the company claims to support employee growth, the reality is quite different. Employees face unnecessary restrictions, unfair treatment, and a complete lack of ethical leadership. Financial Exploitation The hiring process itself is built on deception. Job seekers are required to pay a "security deposit," which is rarely refunded. Employees are often forced to resign just before they become eligible for a refund, effectively scamming them out of their money. Fake Reviews & Misleading Promises The company maintains a false positive image online by encouraging new employees to write glowing reviews before they experience the reality of the workplace. Additionally, promises of "intense training" before onboarding turn out to be nothing more than YouTube video links. Severe Mental & Financial Toll If you join this company thinking you can work decently and progress in your career, you will only end up losing both your mental health and your money. The toxic work environment, constant pressure, and unethical practices will drain you completely. Final Warning to Job Seekers If you receive an offer from this company, avoid it. No paycheck is worth the stress, financial loss, and unethical treatment you will experience. Save your time, money, and peace of mind.

Pros

No pros to mention honesty

Cons

There is nothing positive about working at T-Machine. No real career growth, no ethical leadership, and certainly no safe work environment—especially for women.Fake positive reviews mislead job seekers before they realize the truth Cons T-Machine may put up a show of professionalism, but behind the scenes, it’s a nightmare—especially for women. Leadership, particularly CEO Rajkumar, has fostered a work environment that is anything but safe, ethical, or respectful. 🔹 Women’s Safety? Just an Illusion The company publicly celebrates Women's Day and claims to support female employees, but the truth is far darker. Many women feel uncomfortable every day due to inappropriate behavior from leadership. Instead of fostering a safe workplace, the CEO himself crosses professional boundaries, using his position to manipulate and control. Women are invited to dinners, movie nights, and private outings under the guise of “mentorship” or “career growth.” Some are even told they should be “grateful” because they were given a job. Meanwhile, the same leadership posts online about women’s empowerment, using female employees as props for false branding. 🔹 Manipulation & Isolation One of the most disturbing aspects is how leadership isolates female employees. Each woman is led to believe she is being specially mentored or cared for—only to later realize it’s all a pattern of manipulation. To maintain secrecy, employees are warned not to discuss these interactions, allowing toxic behavior to continue unchecked. 🔹 A System Designed to Trap Employees For both men and women, the hiring process itself is built on deception. Job seekers are made to pay a "security deposit", which they are unlikely to get back. Employees are pushed toward forced resignations right before they become eligible for refunds. Many realize too late that they’ve been financially exploited. 🔹 Fake Reviews Hide the Truth If you search for T-Machine online, you’ll see positive reviews—but most of these are written by new employees before they understand what they’ve walked into. Once inside, regret sets in. Leadership counts on this cycle to keep their public image clean while continuing unethical practices behind closed doors. 💯 If you are a job seeker, think carefully before joining. No paycheck is worth working in an unsafe, dishonest environment.
