- No career progression opportunities, old codebase. - Salary is very low. - No time to learn anything, and no proper system designs/guidelines/SDLC for development. Senior managers lack core fundamentals. - Lacks engineers & departments, they don't even hire adequate engineers, and eventually, throw every tech stack at you with very little time to get a grip on the new stack when they have to. - Company policy brainwashes you to work overtime as much as possible, and your managers is will throw unprofessional stupid words at you.

- First, salary issue... now it is end of June. And 3 month's salary is pending, you will get salary in every 50-60 days. Also after resigning, it will be a nightmare to get the remaining salaries that was delayed. - No work-life balance... you will have to word after office hours as well as on holidays. It has become a culture of every Bangladeshi companies to work employees everyday. Also getting offday is difficult, you have to give specific reason to get max 2 3 holidays. - Company reputation is going downwards and very fast.
