2019 and 2020 have been transition years for SSI. We have been evolving from a small, entrepreneurial organization to one more structured to securely and confidently delivering managed IT services to mid-market clients. In addition to hiring a leader to build out and drive our Project Management approach in Q1 2019, over the next 4 quarters, we have we hired two additional energetic account managers, a Chief People Officer as well as a Chief Financial Officer. Both officer positions are new roles set to facilitate the company transition - in terms of the talent we attract, hire and retain; the organizational processes used to improve client service and make stronger business decisions; and the communications processes to engage employees. These new executives participate as part of a broader working leadership team that devises company strategy, develops operational plans and identifies opportunities to identify, motivate and retain talent.
