Pros

The team on my pod are great, as are other staff within the office. They are friendly and welcoming and have helped me whilst I am still learning. The early induction and walk around of the building has given me confidence to go where I need to without requesting help.

Cons

Core hours are long but it's fine if you enjoy the job and motivated to work longer to achieve the best results. City Center location is great but parking costs are expensive.

Systemonex provides best job search assistance to consultants who have been searching for a job in the IT market. I have been working for this firm for last 2 years and I have completed a couple of projects on different client location and every time when I came out of my project I got new assignment within 1 month which shows this firm has a very good relationship with the clients they are serving. In the last two years, I have had no issues in terms of salary payments and benefits. They have a very good team of recruiters and bench sales employees who are very proactive and keep you updated all the time.

Cons

Not a very big company so it is hard to believe at first and as far as I know they had been dealing with some ownership issues and fraud consultants who have spoiled their online review.
