1. On Time salary 2. Yearly 2 increment [ on time ] 3. Good job security 4. Good working environment
Cons
1. Salary increment rate is low 2. Totally unorganized work 3. No framework uses for software development. 4. No new learning opportunities . 5. No team work , have to work alone 6. No PF , Transport . 7. Lunch is subsidized but quality is too low 8. No intention of making quality product , they just want to hand over the project 9. No fix platform 10. Too much dependent on open source
