      A company stuck in the palaeolithic age

      Payments on time, good work/life balance

      Cons

      Lack of projects with modern technologies (and lack of projects in general), old style and deprecated methodologies and mindset, teams left only with junior underpaid developers/engineers who have no evolution at all until they realize it and quit. Management struggling to make some deals at any cost of quality, performance and maintainability. Lack of facilities and infrastructure. Especially if you are an ambitious developer or engineer, stay away!

      Excellent work-life balance, management maintains a friendly attitude while also being excellent at their job, good vibes in general.

      Cons

      Premises are OK however they could really use some renovations or even a relocation at some point.
