I joined the company as an intern and promoted to an engineer through a proper process. Since my internship to engineer journey, I learned so many things from the seniors. A lot of experience I gained. Work life balance is perfect. You have to work under remote/hybrid setting. If you are working remotely, you do not need to sit on your chair 9-6. You can do anything, anytime and just have to complete the assigned task before due. Thats all they expect from you. very flexible. CEO is such a humble person I never saw alsomt. In syntax genie, you will have - great experience - growth opportunity - super friendly, highly supportive colleagues and a good HR and higher management team - great work life balance
Cons
I do not experience any kind of cons except the layoff There was a layoff. But they gave a 6 week notice period.
