- 2 time tea they give, there is no other good things here - 1st and 3rd Saturday is off. - no late nights - Other wise ever things are hidden here. - Lots of partiality are here. - Rules will apply as per Person. Dual Standards, Double face. - If you have good Knowledge then you are only doing Hard work here, Some one other take your benefits. - Company more trust on Non technical peoples - never inform to any thing Directly about work, Till Fire situation not rise.
Cons
- No information pass to employee, They are direct Fire after many years of work, cant give chance to improve the work. - Employee are like toys and managements is only have all keys to play with them - they do not consider if you are Stay late night work, but next day morning if you come late for 2 minutes then received emails for warning for late come - if some one is management people Friends then no action Or no mail for them for late come. - managements people have freedom for playing cards inside cabin. - Work and knowledge is not important here. only important how you are smarter in Talking & Politics. - No encourage here, If you are doing 100 things correct then they never remember but for 1 mistake might be you will FIRE - Never focus for how to improve work. - Some person come in after noon and they watch Blue film in cabin. But if employee watch youtube then management mail for penalty - 2 months notice period , and some people are in 1 month , Totally Double face policy - Accountant is fool , he is interested to how pay more tax to Gov. if you are show way to tax save option then he cant accepts. - Company more trust on new join people, but they dont have any knowledge - there is not work process.

Place where Client and employee needs to suffer because no higher fixed authority to take responsibilities. - No Hierarchy and manager so you can have all fun. - Only punch in require after that you can have all breaks smoke break,lunch break,personal meeting break,tea break,mobile break. - Only two things require to work one is butter and second to say AWESOME everytime and you can retire from this company. - No technical license so youcan have all fun on whtapp,socialmedia even online shopping is also highly encouraged . - No Branch head and higher manager only skype operator there in front of which you can lie and enjoy.
Cons
Learn to eat with rats and in between toilet. No money for hygine but they can install CCTV for managers fun. Not any experience is requiring to work here. Technical can work into management and management into technical
