Can't mention here anything, really.
Cons
Super-micro management. Zero trust in the employees. Meetings about meetings. Not interesting, low level, super boring projects. People management skills are under the level zero, they probably do not know what us that for. No other benefits are given, just the salary. Poor company culture, every day is like working in an undercroft. Zero career opportunities. Zero to learn from the others.
