      Everyone knows everyone, but somehow there's no gossip or drama. 100% remote work means you can live anywhere you want. Challenging work helping companies with household names. Direct line of communication with AWS service teams. Core values are intuitive as long as you're a cool person.

      Cons

      Small company under the radar means that hiring is slow, leading to staffing bottlenecks. Startup-grade health insurance, no fault of their own.
