The company offers a competitive benefits package. Lunch and punctuality allowances are provided, and salary increments are given every few years based on KPI, a nice recognition of effort.
Cons
Management style relies heavily on HR, and one HR staff seems overly obsessed with surveillance. They monitor the CCTV constantly — you can’t even use your phone for more than five minutes before they come over to “express concern”.
