      - Strict attendance policy - Always understaffed - Sometimes expected to work alone - No masks/respirators are supplied - Outside storage disorganized - Very little training - No Union

      its a great work environment work wise, however the job can be dangerous

      great work environment and decent pay, once you are trained you can negotiate hours pretty great, you can gain a lot of experience and they need workers

      Cons

      there isn't a crazy amount of money you can make here unless you become supervisor, and there is a 3 month probation for benefits, galvanizing is also bad to breath
