Pros

Some co workers are great company

Cons

Front desk and operations management are good for nothing absolutely useless and have no people or management skills. Abusive and sabotaging. No opportunities to move forward. Benefits are horrible and no sick days. They won't give you your vacation days when you need it. They will ignore you all the time. Take all the credit for other people's work. No such thing as human rights here. You are not allowed to take your breaks. How is that happening in 2023? They will discriminate against you. If you are female you will get sexually harassed by male and female management.

Pros

Large portfolio of hotels meaning options for movement.

Cons

I come from quality professional background. Unfortunately as a result of Covid, I found myself at a Sunray owned and "managed" hotel. The company is bad karma, shady practices especially HR related on the back end. The VP Kenny Gibson is behind many of the malpractices. A washed out "hotelier" with outdated experience who doesn't really know much but pretends to.
