Pros
* they pay you agreed base salary on time * benefits are decent * a good amount of the people you will work with daily are cool * some of the projects are fun at a surface level
Cons
* shady business practices * shilling AI slop every day * leadership feels like they are just growing the company for hype to cash out * keep employees in the dark about compensation based benefits (bonuses, 401k matching, etc) * lots of "under the table" BS * you will get hung out to dry on projects by leadership
