Pros
Really great company with a small team and efficient work style. It was casual, fun, welcoming environment that was super fulfilling to work for. The team is very small, but completes a huge number of projects.
Cons
The work is very tough. It is physically demanding, in the full sun (as a solar installation, there really can't be any shade), and often requires long hours. The small team offers great opportunity to learn and grow, but also places a great deal of the work literally on your shoulders
