      Great exposures Lots of flexibility. Open to suggestions and writing weekly report in Chinese has helped me improve my Chinese

      Cons

      Differences in working culture and attic. Management make changes without an objective in mind, its all based on the bosses intuition. Constant changes actually interrupts the progress of ongoing projects.

      The lady boss is a non educated lady who comes in to office to boss everyone around, vent her tantrum and frustration by throwing furniture. By the way she is working illegally in SG.
