-Mentioning the talent in “pros” has to lead into that this talent goes unrecognized and multiple “leaders”/supervisors in this company were promoted not due to their time in the company or actual experience but who would be an amazing bootlicker, and at least, 90% are the worst at their jobs and make the jobs of the actual working employees difficult. -YOU WILL NEVER GET PAID!!! Do not believe them when they tell you, you will see commissions in 6-8 months; actual 12-24 months (corresponds with install time frames). If you don’t sell to their ever changing rules, you will be fired (don’t hope for a warning or improvement plan) AND WILL NEVER SEE A DIME OF YOUR COMMISSIONS. -You probably will not be paid on time multiple times -At the time of this post, all employees who participated are missing 401k money for months. They said it is being taken care of but that original messaging was presented start of Nov; it is now a full month later with nothing nor was anything presented in writing to have a paper trail (this was intentional) -One of the exec levels is a bully; try to have a conversation he does not want to hear, you will be belittled in a public setting and more than likely fired shortly after. -You will be lied to consistently and it is very scary how good they are at it. -Your benefits will change yearly (if not more often) and become worse as time goes on -Limited diversity in the sales / operation team
