Pros
- Pay was great for someone with very little experience
Cons
- Promised guided training with smiling faces from the current employees and received virtually nothing once I was brought aboard - Very small office group during initial startup phase made NO attempts in integrating or getting to know me - I was made to feel as if I was wrong in both approaching management about attaining more thorough training AND during negotiations when I had not yet returned an email within a 24-hour window
