The workplace culture felt quite cold and unwelcoming, with a generally quiet and disconnected atmosphere among staff. Management tended to be highly hands-on and often assigned tasks outside of my core responsibilities, including a number of administrative or menial duties. At times, communication from leadership came across as condescending, which made the environment challenging. While many staff seemed aware of these dynamics, there appeared to be limited effort to address or improve them.

Terrible company. The owner is incredibly rude and demanding, she didn’t ask me a single question about myself the whole time I worked for her. Incredibly condescending and you’re paid peanuts. Bad team culture.
