Communication could be better sometimes, as the job is fully remote.

Product Managers schedule daily standups with team members 4. PM is available to answer any queries during day. 5. CTO or HR are available in cases of escalation. 6. Team members are encouraged to directly communicate with client Client: 1. Weekly meeting for 60-90 minutes 2. Monthly check-in with CTO or CEO 3. Daily standups or ad-hoc meetings Please let your manager or HR know if you have additional feedback.
