The structure for checks & balances was well planned. Team driven. Commission structure sounds good.

Forced operate with unrealistic budget. Pushed to lease but make ready had a strenuous approval process which puts you behind every month. Vendors cut services due to non payment, continuous struggle to find help when the payment terms are net 60+.
There is no company training
Upper management will never admit they were wrong and blame everyone beneath them
Policies change on a daily bases
You don’t get paid enough to work morning, noon, and well into the night
Turnover is extremely high
