This one of the worst place to work in the history of mankind. I am not kidding when I say this. The co-founder have no idea what they are doing. They come up with some random thing that come in their mind.
I will explain why you don't wanna ever work here. In august there was a huge flood in the city and the founder didn't even bother to provide food to the employee we were left hungry for a whole day our only hope was to get a train to home . They don't encourage you to think out of the box.
Bad tech stack .
They are still on Cake PHP which no one use this day .
Codebase is a huge mess .
The previous employee has written so bad code it will make your eyes bleed
They don't allow the new employee to clean the codebase.
They will force you to do marketing on the weekend even though you are from tech you have to give some random excuses.
Now coming to Crazy founder. Let me first talk about Jinesh . This guy should be some kind of mental hospital seriously like. He is not in his right mind. He is not getting convinced by anything he want to app look amazing, but does everything to make app look awful. Worst of all he thinks of himself as a crazy Designer from Apple or Google and thinks he can make app experience beautiful . He don't provide you with any designs and when you show him something he tells you to change it. So all your hard work goes in vain.
Second Crazy Co-founder is Sumit he think he smart but he is not . He is always sick cause of him I got fever few times. He shout at you for no reason and judge you all the time.
