-The people and culture are great -Wearing multiple hats -Having a voice and input on the team -Fully Remote -Moving up mid-market in the space has been successful -Constant improvements to processes and platform -Pay and benefits
Cons
Start up- which means a lot of change and a lot of trial and error. So far, they have made it work and try and keep employees happy.
