Great work atmosphere with how nice everyone is
Everyone is helpful and can make the job understandable

Management is bad at making promises to people, just to keep you their longer
The whole building is kinda falling apart. It's a very old building with a lot of problems that needed to be fixed in the past from simple water faucets to A/C units, and other maintenance issues.
Work can get very very slow at times
