Pros
Company will give preference to freshers too. If they have good development project they will give preference to experienced people also. No one is experience more than 8 yrs apart from managers.
Cons
sometimes technical help from experts and leads is slow as they manage different projects at the same time...

When I joined they were working on Wordpress CMS, Later I got the skills on Opencart too. One developer was working on Magento and others were working on Big Data technologies too.
Cons
Big Data and Java skills overall for the company needs to enhance if they want to grow in today era.
