Honestly, there aren't any pro's - working downtown was nice but that was about it
Cons
Management & senior accountants are extremely difficult to work with. They do not show you the least bit of respect, I feel sorry for the few nice people that work there, it's easy for employee's to lose their integrity with one another when Mgnt don't treat you with respect. There is no HR department or code of conduct implemented in this company. I wouldn't advise anyone that isn't thick skinned to work here. Expect to get sworn and shouted at over minor trivial things on a weekly basis.
