      Incredible leadership, training, culture, and vision. Also, amazing compensation for those that put in the effort.

      Pros

      Stock Navigators has provided me growth opportunities, personal, professional and financial that are very hard to find. What started out as a "remote sales job" turned into much more, exceeding my expectations and turning it into a career and lifestyle. I'm very fortunate to surround myself with high-level co-workers who have turned into friends while still holding one another to high standards and to ultimately help those students we work with be able to live a life they want. The entire team from the top-down genuinely cares about employee well-being and professional growth, offering opportunities for development and career advancement.

      Cons

      The expectations are high when it comes to the culture and standards so it's not for the faint of heart, but if you want to learn about yourself and what it takes to continue reaching your potential, it's a great place to be.

      Pay was OK, and that's about it.

      Cons

      Bad culture, to be honest. Known for pretty predatory practices and bad customer service. I didn't want either attached to my name so I left.
