Had an opportunity to work for Stellar for close to 2 years before I moved to North America. Indeed, would say Stellar is a great place to work primarily because of the work culture, proven collaborative and supportive. Counting my stint as a key milestone of my career in India, helped me learn how the data erasure and recovery industry works, key challenges and target audience also witnessing the company success and trust for its versatile technology is incredibly a proud feeling . Like its name ‘ Stellar’ undoubtedly run, owned and managed by stellar leaders who believes in the future , the innovation and hence creating phenomenal products. I think what sets Stellar apart is a constant approach to strive for inclusivity, a healthy work life balance and a positive working environment where everyone feels included, like a family! Had often interacted with office boys to security guards , I vividly remembers how amazingly they loved the place . Seeing how every department worked together everyday to accomplish the company goals was kind of a joy. Once read in a book - No one remembers exact percentage of the raise you got year on year or the performance bonus you got but its nevertheless hard to forget how you was made to feel , the kind of trust was shown in your abilities . So if you feel like working with humans , the real power magnets not just the robots or the bosses - count this place . I can vouch for that especially Having worked with top leadership who encouraged to push bit further and more harder , without fearing the failure is what defines the true leaders , who creates nothing but the best .
